Ms Marta Drygała
Director of the Organizational, Legal and Strategy Development Department
Experienced project coordinator and lecturer of project management, Erasmus+ Coordinator at University. Currently, the Director of the Organizational, Legal and Strategy Development Department in charge of management of the activities described in Development Strategy as well as developing new solutions in the field of university internationalization. Previously, for 13 years, Director of the Center for Projects and International Cooperation at the WSEI University – responsible for developing project concepts, cooperation with other units of the entity as well as management of the team implementing project activities at national and international level.
She completed post-graduate studies in the field of “Manager’s Competence Academy”, “Evaluation of the financial programmes of European Union” at Kozminski University and “Management of projects and European Union law” at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. She has an international PRINCE2 certificate and over 22 years of experience in the preparation and implementation of projects co-financed by the European Union.

Ms Magda Janiak
Vice-Director of the Centre of Projects and International Cooperation
Project Manager with PRINCE2 and 14 years of the professional experience. Currently Vice Director of the Centre of Project and International Cooperation responsible for building of the international partners’ network, preparation of the new project ideas as well as management of the implementation of the international projects. Since over 5 years Magda has been working on Erasmus + mobility for higher institutions within European Union as well as third countries.
Previously, for 6 years she has been international project manager in private VET provider. Moreover she has experience in implementation of EU funds in NGOs, as a local animator of the small grants in Lubelskie Region, which resulted in establishing local association in Dorohusk Community.
MA in European Studies, with postgraduate diploma in Financial Management and Accounting in projects financed from EU funds, VCC expert in project management.

Ms Karolina Rzechuła
International Projects Assistant
MA in International Relations at UMCS in Lublin. Former member & HR Leader of the ESN LUT organization, volunteer at Nowy Staw Foundation and other. Since graduation, she has been working in an international environment.
Currently holds the position of International Projects Assistant at the Center for Projects, International Cooperation and Development Strategy. In her work, she helps students and university staff to do studies and internships abroad within Erasmus + programme. She’s also engaged in implementation of various international projects.

Ms Monika Ludwiniak
INTERNATIONAL PROJECTS SPECIALISTS
Project Manager, MA of Law and Accounting and Finance. Certificate for accounting bookkeeping services issued by the Minister of Finance No. 29328/2008, PRINCE2 certificate. Accountant 10 years of experience, 8 years as an accountant in international company and EU projects specialist, since 2015 involved in projects for SMEs – Erasmus for young entrepreneurs as an assessing entrepreneurs’ applications specialist. Since 2014 owner of an accounting office for SMEs.
Currently International project specialist at Centre of Projects and International Cooperation of WSEI University. In charge of project management within Erasmus+ and COSME (SMEs – Erasmus for young entrepreneurs) programs and preparation of new projects.

Eliza Wiącek Panas
International projects specialist
Graduated from the Faculty of Environmental Engineering at the Lublin University of Technology and postgraduate studies in the field of renewable energy sources.
She gained previous professional experience working in IT companies and training companies, as a coordinator of educational projects for universities, vocational schools, people focused on Professional Activation.
Currently, she is employed as an assistant for international projects at the WSEI Academy in Lublin, preparing and implementing projects co-financed from external funds,including the Erasmus Plus programme.
Edyta Wiśniewska
International projects specialist
Graduate of law at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin and postgraduate studies in certified and specialist translation at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. She also graduated from the Centre for American Law, run by the Catholic University of Lublin in cooperation with the Chicago Kent College of Law. She is an Erasmus scholarship holder at the University of Leuven in Belgium.
So far, she has gained her professional experience working at the District Employment Office in Lublin, as a coordinator of projects aimed at professional activation of the unemployed, as well as in the Lublin City Hall, implementing initiatives aimed at supporting entrepreneurship and the start-up ecosystem.
She is currently employed as an international projects specialist at WSEI University, preparing and implementing projects co-financed by external funds, including the Erasmus Plus programme.
Oleksandr Nahorniuk
WSEI UNIVERSITY STUDENT
Oleksandr Nahorniuk is a native of Ukraine, currently a student at the WSEI University in Lublin, Poland at the faculty of Informatics.
Olekandr completed the internship at the Centre of Projects and International Cooperation at WSEI University. Finished 11 classes at school number 10 in the city Mirnograd. Has experience with computer graphics and music production, which is actively engaged in freelance exchanges.

Blessing Anesu Maposa
WSEI UNIVERSITY STUDENT
Blessing Anesu Maposa is a Zimbabwean, currently living and studying a Bachelor’s of Nursing Degree in Poland. He studied and has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in International Relations attained from a state university in Zimbabwe.
Blessing has been employed by the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe before. It was at the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe were I became exposed to administration and leadership duties. He has over 4 years administration and supervisory experience.
Robert Gakwaya
WSEI UNIVERSITY GRADUATE
Robert Gakwaya is originally from Rwanda but communicates well in French and English.He recently completed his MA in Computer Science WSEI Lublin and he is a holder of BA of Science in Computer Engineering and information technology at KIST Kigali, Rwanda.
He was an intern in the Center for Projects, International Cooperation and Development Strategy at WSEI. Works as a System Administrator at Ky Kyndryl Global Services Delivery. He has worked as IT Governance Officer in the national bank of Rwanda where he was responsible for implementation and adoption of the COBIT 15 Governance framework.
John Gleaser Poblador
WSEI UNIVERSITY STUDENT
John Gleaser Poblador is from the Phillipines. Currently taking up Master of Arts in International Business Administration at WSEI, Lublin, Poland. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications Major in Broadcasting at West Visayas State University in the Phillipines.
He has a vast management experience in the areas of commercial property and real estate, marketing management, public relations, media communications and international programs for educations.
Management and Communications has been his forte and his primary goal is to help reach the potential and achievement of an organization, a team or individual.
John Gwenzi
WSEI UNIVERSITY GRADUATE
Currently perusing a MA in Management (Public Administration) WSEI Lublin Poland, holds a BA of Commerce in Financial Management UNISA South Africa.
John has worked as an Account Manager at Communication Dynamics and as a Accounting assistant at Zimbabwe Revenue Authority. John did his Masters internship with the Centre for Projects, International Cooperation and Development Strategy at WSEI. He is a self-diligent and professional who has participated in the implementation of various international projects with the International Projects office during his intern period.
Gautam Paladiya

Guatam Paladiya from India, is a full stack Developer with over 2 years of experience. Currently located and studying his MA of Computer Science WSEI Lublin, Poland.
Guitam has worked as a Full stack Developer with Opastalent, Wroclaw and as a Front End Developer Natek Wroclaw. Did his internship with the Centre of Projects, International Cooperation and Development Strategy at WSEI Lublin. Prosper Takunda Mushoriwa
WSEI UNIVERSITY STUDENT
Born and raised in the hearts of Zimbabwe Prosper is a man of big ambitions. Currently he is studying his BA in Computer Science (BSC) at WSEI in Lublin. Holds Leadership certificate and a IT certificate and has completed various other courses.
At present, Prosper is doing his internship with the Centre of Projects, International Cooperation and Development Strategy at WSEI Lublin, where he is engaged with some Erasmus + projects.
Vena Gunduza Kudzai
WSEI UNIVERSITY STUDENT
Vena Gunduza Kudzai well known as Vena, is Zimbabwean, currently living and studying Masters is Management Degree at WSEI in Lublin, Poland. She studied and obtained a Certificate in Systems Analysis and Design and Diploma in Computer fundamentals at MacMaine School of Computing, in Zimbabwe. Then studied and obtained a BSc. Honors Degree in Information Systems from Women’s University in Africa in Zimbabwe.
Employed by MTST in Zimbabwe where she obtained skills about maintenance of computer hardware and software, creating client fliers and facilitating management workshops and projects. Also employed by JR Convenience Foods in South Africa, focusing mainly on customer care, database management and supervising the team. She has almost 10 years in computer knowledge and 3 years in supervisory experience and customer/user interaction.
